At Huerta Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit, including all authenticity certificates.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
